Jennifer Bello-Kottenstette, MD's research focuses on incorporating preventive reproductive health services into primary care. She has a particular focus on applying the concept of patient activation to the area of reproductive health among young Latina women.
Dr. Bello-Kottenstette received her undergraduate and medical degrees from St. Louis University and completed her Family Medicine Residency at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, IL. Recently, she has received her master’s degree in health studies for clinical professionals. Dr Bello-Kottenstette is currently an attending physician at Erie Family Health Center in Evanston, IL and also holds an appointment as clinical educator at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
