Medical Student Programs Overview

NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) is the primary teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Approximately one-third of 3rd year medical students will be on the NorthShore campus for their clinical rotations at any given time.  Additionally, many 4th year students will rotate at NorthShore in both required and elective rotations.

Medical students provide care for a diverse group of patients from the NorthShore community with both established and undifferentiated medical needs. Students have experiences in both primary care and specialty care and work with an enthusiastic, dedicated group of teaching faculty.

Program Highlights
