Young Adult Psychotherapy & Counseling Services

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences offers individual and group psychotherapy and counseling services to young adults and their families.  These services are provided by psychologists, licensed clinical social workers and licensed clinical professional counselors.  Traditional reasons for seeking therapy/counseling, include, but are not limited to, treatment of depression, anxiety and other psychiatric disorders, the desire to change self-defeating patterns of behavior, gain self-knowledge and acceptance, or utilize support to problem-solve an individual’s daily living issues.
