The Bridges Early Childhood and Adolescent Program serves the needs of children and adolescents who have been diagnosed with, or are at risk for, emotional, behavioral and/or developmental delay. The program focuses on comprehensive, multidisciplinary mental health intervention and direct care to insured and uninsured children between the ages of 3 and 17 living in the Evanston community. The Bridges team also treats children in other communities surrounding NorthShore University HealthSystem.
Whenever appropriate, Bridges provides services to children and families in their natural environment such as daycare settings, schools and at home.
The focus of the program is outreach and collaboration with outside organizations. Diagnostic evaluations, medication evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations, and individual and family therapy are available to families. We are staffed with licensed clinical social workers, a neuropsychologist and a board certified child psychiatrist.
